PORT GAMBLE S’KLALLAM TRIBE | TRIBAL HEALTH AND WELLNESS CENTER

The new Port Gamble S’Klallam Tribe Community Health Center is a 22,500-square-foot two story structure consolidating multiple services in a single facility that will serve to efficiently and effectively deliver care to local Tribal and community members. Services provided will include primary care, limited urgent care, behavioral health, chemical dependency, group therapy, and dental services. The building will also house the administrative support offices associated with the Health Center. The existing tribal health center will remain, and be converted to a holistic wellness center, including a fitness center, massage, acupuncture and wellness services. 
The project is targeting LEED Silver certification.
