Using its dramatic, elevated landscape, the Circuit of the Northwest is expected to 
become a premier racing circuit and destination for motorsports and technology 
enthusiasts, alike. Overlooking the Herman Tilke-designed road course will be a state-of-the-art clubhouse that will serve as a venue for both public and private events, featuring fine dining and a bar. Amenities such as a luxury spa, fitness center and locker rooms, as well as a 10,000 SF conference center will also be included. There will be a guard house with offices, a security station, and a driver’s lobby, and a display garage for founding  members will feature a roof deck and press tower.
