The design of the residential building tries to be a new prototype model for one of the most important areas of Lima, Peru The project developed in San Isidro district of the capital, is designed for people who want a different duplex apartment. In addition to fit the norms and rules of Peruvian security guards also follow international quality standards for sustainable design "green" for the purpose of breaking paradigms never before presented in the city.
