Hybrid Operation

In the year 1993 was held an international contest public in Madrid, whose purpose was reconvert land by way of busy train Chamartin Station in urbanized land, extension of Castellana Avenue - route that connects the city of north to south - in the Chamartin District. A project that is 123 blocks of areas where to mix with residential, offices and public squares and parks. An operation that occurs in an increasingly metropolises today. The need for processing abandoned areas in a hybrid spaces.

From the idea of hybridization os spaces, proposes to put into practice a skyscraper volume in the Castellana master plan. This is a hybrid operation.

The initiative is ARQUIA, real estate company interested in making architectural competitions in the world, which sees the need to create a new type of residential building for one of the most charming areas of Lima.

The design of the residential building tries to be a new prototype model for one of the most important areas of Lima, Peru The project developed in San Isidro district of the capital, is designed for people who want a different duplex apartment.
