A medical center located in the highly diverse and new-immigrant community of Westlake Macarthur Park with the objective to reach out to its community by means of efficient and inexpensive programs. This was fulfilled with a quick-and-easy self-serve medical facility for mild health issues and other increased care services on each successive floor of the building. Health education is also available for preventative measures.

Many people are drawn through the building because its location atop the Metro Red Line. But the building maintains a relaxing quality because it connects to the park and brings nature through it while letting the city cross right over it.
