Oxford Mills encompasses the redevelopment of five former industrial building once utilized as a textile factory in the Kensington neighborhood of Philadelphia into an urban sanctuary for young teachers. Designed to encourage cooperative interaction, this mixed-use project features 117 apartments as well as communal gathering places for residents. Additionally, the complex includes 30,000 sf of office space designed to be leased to education related non-profits well as a small retail space open to the neighborhood.
