Located in Newtown Square, Delaware County, Toll Brothers has developed an exclusive new residential community on the grounds of an old estate formerly known as Foxcatcher Farm. As part of that effort, a 19th Century barn, formally a horse stable, was converted into a community clubhouse and amenity space. This conversion presented many unique design challenges, including the need to maintain the authenticity of the original structure, while simultaneously ensuring its continued viability through modified foundations, roofing, and the placement of new windows and doors.
