"Designed by Handel Architects, Enclave at the Cathedral embodies and embraces community. It sits upon the grounds of the Cathedral of Saint John the Divine, considered by some to be the largest cathedral in the world. Enclave’s architecture thoughtfully compliments the Cathedral’s design."
The Enclave is a 400,000 sf residential project with public amenities including upper and lower lobbies, art gallery, games room, theater and fitness center.
As the Assistant Project Manager and Superintendent for the interior fit-out I was responsible for assisting with writing contracts, as well as, coordinating and supervising sub-contractors on site and overseeing general field operations. I also assisted with design document analysis and evaluation; executed change orders, scheduled engineering and production; maintained general quality control beginning with pre-construction through the early stages of punch list.
