Multifamily Apartment Development

This project is a modification of an existing warehouse structure, converting it from a natural fragrance company into 28 loft-style apartments. The existing tilt up structure will house several loft units in the area that fronts the street along with lifts and on-grade parking to the rear.  New construction will grow up and over the existing structure, molding to its form and adapting itself to other site limitations including regulatory massing requirements, traffic and circulation, views, light and air, and building functions.
