Large multi-level Mediterranean bar restaurant with outdoor garden and sidewalk seating. Project spanned the conversion of 2 neighboring retail spaces and structural conversions to accommodate removal of dividing party wall support. Basement was excavated to allow for the creation of additional seating area and supplemental kitchen prep and dishwashing space.
