A South African themed restaurant combining the unique cultural, culinary and architectural diversity. Project was a conversion of an existing restaurant space. Project required a complete interior remodel while utilizing basic infrastructure within bar and kitchen areas. An elaborate arched thatch ceiling was created, housing the existing HVAC system. Detailed and extensive Fire rating was required for the organic material choices.
