This major refurbishment of 50 Queen Anne's Gate was the recipient of a BCO Award. The existing 17 storey office building was designed by Fitzroy Robinson & Partners with Sir Basil Spence. Our new design avoided modifications to the existing structural frame, which along with the floorplate layout was considered a major constraint, while maximising the existing accommodation, with particular attention given to optimising floor to ceiling heights.

Substantial remodeling at ground floor created a central reception area, with a new enclosed courtyard providing links to existing cores and a new conference facility. Existing windows, servicing provision and internal fixtures and fittings were all replaced to meet current standards.
