New rooms for leading art auctioneers Phillips have been created as part of our 30 Berkeley Square redevelopment for Mercury.
The building was constructed in the 1990s on a prominent location in Mayfair, at the intersection of Davies Street and Mount Street, overlooking Berkeley Square. Auction and gallery spaces have been created on the lower floors of the building.
Double height glazing has been incorporated into the ground floor gallery which floods it with natural light and provides an impressive showcase for the art on display.
The sixth and seventh floors have been reconfigured to provide additional office space with external terraces, and new facades in bronze powder coated aluminium that is sympathetic to the existing building and the Mayfair conservation area.
