Designed in 2016, the space consists of six separated units spread over 500m2 of land, including restaurant, kitchen, bakery... The layout is intended to mirror Saigon alleyways ('Hẻm' means 'the alley' in English). Each unit is set like a distinctive shop and a house at the same time. Meanwhile, the leftover space becomes a wandering flow which can be used not only for circulation but also for setting the tables and seats by chance. Those little houses join together for a whole bigger one. Contrast colors create a sense of amazement for all the guests who've been here.
