Our responsibility included scanning and gathering data on the current conditions of a commercial retail/office building. We crafted a virtual 360 walkthrough tour, also known as a digital twin, and developed a 3D Revit model that encompasses a comprehensive as-built set of plans, strategically designed for future renovation efforts. Our particular emphasis was on meticulously documenting the existing damaged trusses.
