OASIS HALLANDALE

Oasis Hallandale, a 10-acre mixed-use project slated for completion in 2025, is set to deliver the first major mixed-use destination and true pedestrian-friendly city center to Hallandale Beach. It will feature five commercial buildings comprised of shops, restaurants and creative office spaces, and two residential towers.

The development, with designs led by Bernardo Fort-Brescia of Arquitectonica, will be accessible through a striking main entrance that embodies an urban oasis and is framed by fountains and lushly landscaped greenery by ArqGeo. The masterplan employs curvilinear design elements along the building facades to soften the corners of the balconies, creating a distinctive symmetrical silhouette that is set to become an architectural landmark for the city.

“It’s incredible for us to work alongside Bernardo Fort-Brescia and the Arquitectonica team to deliver such a design-forward destination in proximity to the beach. Oasis Hallandale is offering buyers an attainable luxury lifestyle option that is just minutes from Miami” says Giuseppe Iadisernia, developer of Oasis Hallandale.

Beyond the development’s entrance, the 25-story residential towers are approached by new north and south boulevards lined by shops and restaurants. The new boulevards culminate in a breezeway marked by a monumental six-story waterfall that serves as porte-cochere area for residents and visitors. On the sixth floor, the two residential towers are connected by an elevated amenity deck that contains two big pools with cabanas, hot tub spa, children’s splash pad, yoga lawn, barbecue areas, fire pits areas, fitness and wellness center, children’s playground, outdoor movie theater and lounge areas, all overlooking Gulfstream Park.

Oasis Hallandale is a contemporary project that incorporates the principles of environmentally friendly planning. Vibrant and lively green urban parks are distributed throughout the project for visitors to enjoy and relax as they shop, dine or work.
