The world of creation is paved with magnificent stories. Among these stories, the one of two entrepreneurs bringing together their creativity to develop a double project in the Palmeraie has probably a prominent place. In this double realization every single detail has been well thought, thought over and refined to end up with a subtle perfect set. The two constructions melt perfectly in an intensively planted environment with and olive grove that goes on and on forever facing the Atlas. On the other side, facing the Palmeraie, the transition was flawlessly realized aligning palm trees overlooking lakes but tangling shrubs and perennial plants. The infinite wealth of the Moroccan architectural heritage and notably that of Agadir and its surrounding regions was the base for all project architectural choices’ reflection. The study of traditional structures and the architectonic Marrakech structural elements has lead to the design of a modern architecture that’s greatly inspired by the local spirits; the architectural style is “HOUSE WITH CENTRAL COURTYARD” developed into two “living sensations” - A house with one large courtyard very modern looking and widely open on all the spaces through very large windows that are protected from direct sun light, this is the NORTH HOUSE developed on two levels. - A house with multiple courtyards with high ceilings where each space opens to another exterior/interior space, flower or tree decorated, this is the SOUTH HOUSE High quality materials were used: walnut & oak woods, stones and marble. -2 living rooms with fireplace -3 bedrooms and 1 master bedroom, with bathroom, dressing and fireplace -1 independent suite on the first floor by the suspended terraced gardens -1 staff bedroom -1 cinema room -Staff quarters -Large kitchens equipped by renown professionals -Several terraces -25m long heated pool (heat pumps) -Uncluttered guests’ pavilions with living rooms with fireplaces, small kitchens, hammam, shower and terraces under pergolas. -Heated floor -Airconditioning
