The Avida Davao- is a high-rise residential building located at CM Recto Street, Davao City.

MDC provided civil, structural and basic architectural services for the project. MDC also provided supply and specialty packages. Construction technology Vanjoin was employed for interior partition. Precast and Translab panels were also employed by MDC.

The building will feature a meditation area, a multi-purpose hall and retail spaces at the ground floor.
