The Abreeza Place – Tower 2 is a high-rise residential building being constructed for Alveo Land Corp. The development is situated within the Abreeza Ayala Business Park in Davao City.

MDC is currently undertaking Civil-Structural and Architectural Works and provides Supply and Specialty Packages for Architectural and Electro-mechanical Works.  

Notable technologies employed in the project include the use of Precast panels and Translab to speed up construction, production of Precast panels at site to speed up installation, and painting of Precast walls before installation. Likewise, MDC employed other construction technologies like the use of Fabricated forms for easier and productive accomlishment, installation of Light Weight Sandwich Panel (Vanjoin) for interior partition and use of PVC groove on top of sealant. Other construction innovations emloyed were fabrication of Precast Stairs and Precast Wall Rack utilized as PC Wall staging area. Scrap bars were turned into a divider and Working Flat form where the workers stand during rebar installations and making of overhead structures.
