AP+I designed Mountain View's first Zero Net Energy commercial building and moved in to our new offices Nov 2, 2015. We are thrilled to be living in a ZNE building and have sustainable features throughout including solar panels for electricity and hot water, operable windows and skylights, all lighting on sensors, fans to move air and control cooling, low flush toilets and automatic soap/faucet/dryers. It is a great place to spend our days - filled with fresh air and lighting, catered lunches 3 times a week and a party always around the corner.
