REGINE MIXED-USE BUILDING

The Regine Building development brings together a variety of spaces for living and working in the heart of the quarter, all within the compact footprint of a 4-storey, when complete, it will be one of the significant mixed-use developments in the city. The challenge of designing such a significant new flexibility scheme was to relate to the small, urban scale, as well as in detail – close-up, the façade is rich and finely tuned to shade the interiors and to provide high-quality living spaces. The building’s geometry is driven by the need for flexible, column-free spaces to accommodate its mixture of functions. Its form is equally shaped by the geographic position and urban context.
Planning, management and design of public and private spaces. The main building destination will be administrative with parking in the basement, bank in the ground floor and the insurance offices in the  1st and 2nd floor. While the last floor (3rd) there will be three prestigious residential apartments.
