I am currently looking for employment that is rewarding and challenging that will utilize my several years of experience at architectural firms.
One of my highlights includes being awarded Employee of the Year at North American Telecommunications Incorporated. At this office I designed and estimated cost, time and materials for interior renovations to American Embassies. I traveled to the Embassies and met with the Ambassador and the Embassy Staff to review and design the scope of work. It was also my job to determine the number of construction workers that would be needed to complete the renovations in a timely manner.
My experience in CAD includes nine years of AutoCAD, one year of Microstation and two years of PowerCAD. I drew my thesis project in ArchiCAD. I have completed a 2011 Revit Architecture class and a SketchUp class.
Your office needs may be met with my experience in project management, construction management, design, construction documents, construction administration, site planning and working with consultants. The projects I have worked on range from a house to a high-rise office building. Some of my other project experience includes tenant improvement spaces, apartments, offices, warehouses, stores, church classroom building, laboratory, retail, townhomes, shopping mall, city building, banks, churches, school addition, funeral homes, gymnastic studio and restaurants. I receive many compliments from contractors, owners and building officials on my work.
I have an accredited five year Bachelors of Architecture degree and four year Bachelors of Science in Architectural Studies degree from Washington State University. I was a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity. During college I experienced an architectural summer program at Denmark's International Study Program in Copenhagen. While in college I started my own residential design company which helped me pay for some of my education.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Best Regards,
Anthony Zak
