The Think Tank was a commercial space give to students during their Junior Year in the Design program. The Challenge was to keep the commercial space at 20,000 sq. ft. Students were to study and research proper codes for a commercial space while also researching how people work best. ie. Windows, no windows, open "bull pen" or closed offices. Students were also exposed in learning how to create proper ceiling/ lighting plans and switching schematic plans.
