I have been a part of architecture since 1997, I love the field and its collaborators very much. Eventually I learned that architecture, as many other vocations, is in need of development in culture and people matters. We don't realize how important it is for us to develop our relationships with ourselves and others and how we all collaborate towards a common goal. The competitive world between professionals didn't yield as much results as we thought, true real team collaborations end up always producing better lifes for us altogether rich with fulfilment, happiness, profits and joy!
