The City of Novska is currently facing serious economic challenges with its weakened agricultural and light manufacturing sector and dwindleing population.  After a series of analysis, the development of a technopark was recommended In order to generate jobs to the local economy, provide a sustainable platform for a sustainable economy and offer an infrastructure for biotech research.  An physical planning analysis was conducted (see diagrams below) in order to determing the optimal location for performing biotech research.
