I have a BS in Chemical Engineering but my true passion has always been carpentry. During my last college year, I started my own company called Orsago, inspired by the small town of Italy Orsago, where my grandfather, also a carpenter and my first teacher, lived. I first started working out of a small basement in my parents’ house and now have a workshop with three employees.
Orsago is a custom-made furniture workshop that I absolutely love! I started with small projects for my friends and my most recent project includes a library, a kids play room for a sports club and a complete house´s woodwork. At Orsago I have a 360° job, I will design all projects, buy the material, assemble and present the final project, this apart from business management, accounting and marketing.

• Created Orsago in 2013 as a single person company. Eventually hired 3 carpenters, leader of the team, personally interview employees and mange hiring
• Responsible for project management, coordination, drafting, material purchases, scheduling, coordinate delivery times and freight
• Participation in all customer and client meetings
o Understand their needs, amount of space, functions that the furniture will have (including joinery, mobility, lightning and hardware)
o Recommend styles and types of wood depending on client resources and tastes, show samples of finishes to choose from
o Present draft with an AutoCAD render
• Estimating commercial value by breaking down labor hours and material costs and fixed costs such as rent, salary and corporate accounting, accountable for client billing
• Relationships with sellers and distributors
• Create a more detailed design on AutoCAD and go over it with the employees to have full understanding of the design in a 3D view
• Implementation and regulation of safety measurements
• Marketing strategy- via social media IG account link
