About

As a recent graduate of a nationally recognized Interior Design program, I have begun my journey in the architecture and design world. After graduating in 2013, I began working for a restaurant group which designs and manages two innovative restaurant concepts along the east coast. As a part of the team at Barteca Restaurant Group I was able to develop a passion for hospitality design. Upon my big move across the country to San Francisco I found a role on a design team for privately owned franchise hotels. With Stanford Hotels Corporation I have been able to work on various large and small projects for Hilton, Marriott and Starwood branded hotels.

I can confidently say my strongest skills are with custom detailing and drafting. As a problem solver I enjoy space planning and working around obstacles by providing creative design solutions.  I enjoy selecting furniture and finishes with the thought of durability and longevity as well as aesthetic to create a lasting atmosphere for all visitors to experience.

Please see skills section which outlines my proficiencies with a variety of design and development aid programs.

TD Bank Competition, 3rd Place

A TD Bank branch designed for the future of banking in collaboration with TD personnel. The bank is inspired by the interlocking of three of TD Bank’s objectives; community, the environment, and banking. The design is site specific to maximize environmental capabilities and the components have the ability to adjust to other sites where TD may chose to open more branches. This design introduces TD Touch panels which are interactive with customers and allow a fast “in-and-out” banking experience. The touch panels are located in the entry lobby which interlocks with the branding tower. The small penetrations allow daylight in to create an artistic effect for the customers to experience. The bank also introduces a café, interior, and exterior lounge to incorporate the community into the design and the bank. The material selections are sustainable, of a modern and energetic palette. TD’s iconic green shield is complemented by the textures and colors of woods, textiles, stone, metal, and glass.a
