The existing residence was stripped to the structural framing members. New space was added to the ocean side of the residence including a new swimming pool and terrace. Large scale glazed areas were implemented to optimize ocean views and provide direct access to newly added covered exterior space and landscape, and the existing interior spatial organization was redesigned to allow for a more continuous spatial arrangement.
