San Francisco International Airport (SFO), Airport Traffic Control Tower
$102 million replacement control tower and integrated facilities. The tower will be 228 ft tall and feature a 270-degree unobstructed view for air traffic controllers. The three-story, 44,000 sq ft base building will house administrative offices, equipment facilities, and incorporate a secure connector bridge between terminals for passengers. Scope from concept design to 45% design development documentation.
