Adderley recently completed her Masters in Architecture at the University at Buffalo where her focus was on material cultures and integrated design. With over a decade spent in the construction field, her expertise lies in the fundamental understanding of how buildings are constructed and function beyond the basic scope of the design process. Her thesis "Building Matters" has been published and recognized in Concretely, Buffalo Rising, Concrete Helper, Archinect, The Atlantic City Press, The Grid, and Concrete Construction Magazine to date. In conjunction with her ongoing research, a technical paper was published in the 2012 International Conference of Flexible Formwork titled "Building Matters".
