•Lead Superintendent responsible for supervising field operations at night for all T2/T3 Enabling Projects involving trade coordination, managing & directing subcontractors, office coordination, project management, and coordinating construction activities with airport operations.

•Support Project Superintendents with planning, schedules, CPM and executing work in field. Support Project Managers with contracts, scopes of work, change orders, and directing work in field.

STV Incorporated, Los Angeles, CA, US, Asst. Project Manager - Delta LAX 2017 Relocation Program

Owner's Rep for Delta Air Lines (Delta PMO) in the 2017 Relocation Program and the initial phase of the T2/T3 Modernization Program at LAX to enable Delta and their partners with the successful acquisition of T2/T3 by orchestrating the relocation of 21 airlines across five active terminals over three nights in May 2017, the largest terminal move unprecedented in aviation history. Major renovation work to Southside T5/T6, Northside T2/T3 and TBIT began in December 2016 and involved the rapid construction of new baggage systems, employee ramp offices, airline lounges and gate modifications to be completed in time for the May move.

•Project Manager responsible over Northside T2/T3 (Delta Proprietary) in coordinating efforts between the Owner, General Contractor, Delta Operations and LAWA.

•Supervised the procurement and installation of Delta proprietary equipment including EVIDS, millwork, kiosks, and furnishing of the holdroom seating and corporate standard furniture.

•Involved in the strategic management and execution of the post-move facility enhancements including terminal rebranding and cosmetic improvements to all public-facing areas as well as the renovation of over 130+ support spaces throughout T2/T3 and the commissioning of assets in order to subsequently complete the relocation of Delta and their airline partners.
