This project aims to connect the wealthy, upper class residents with the middle and lower class public.  There are two buildings, one residential and the other for the public, twisted together to become physically intetwined.  This twisting is influenced by the orientation of the wind, funneling it between the two buildings at the lower levels and through the length of the residential building above.
