The project delivers a series of stone-workshops and exhibition display of the art work in one resolved building. The thorough material studies have been carried out to achieve the necessary atmospheric and work function for final outcome. We collected information on stone as an artistic instrument and how it is worked with, as well as a building material on a larger scale. Temporality and permanence has been studied to provide suitable platform for Berwick Film and Media Arts Festival desired by the client.
