This watch factory was built in 1881 by the son-in-law of a whaler on the site of a cotton mill built by out-of-work whaling captains, the Bulova Watch Case building once anchored Sag Harbor's industrial economy.
The Project consist of Transforming the old factory into high-end lofts and the addition of new houses on the perimeter of the 2.5-acre property. This all must be down while identifying buildings with historic significance and finding ways to help with the preservation, restoration and adaptive re-use of the landmark structures.
