This project involved a collaboration of five students to produce a mixed use residential project in Subiaco. the site itself it designated R40. the final proposal included Cafes & shops on the ground floor. In addition to 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom and SOHO apartments. topped with a communal roof garden for each apartment.
