AE3 designed this 7, 192 sf luxury residence with detached nanny’s house and pool cabana. The custom, contemporary design is located on 2.06 acres in Los Altos Hills. The design brings the outdoors in through the use of Nana Wall, operable glass wall systems. Premium finishes throughout the home include travertine floors, marble counters, and stone accents. The house also features an in-ground geothermal heating system, multiple zone air conditioning system, solar panels, graywater retention system, and smart home technology. 

The covered outdoor space is ideal for gathering and includes a wood overhang with recessed lighting and radiant heaters for maximum comfort. A wall faced with premium, stacked stone divides the space and contains a custom, double-sided, gas fireplace. The outdoor space also includes an infinity pool with detached cabana, covered outdoor kitchen and bocce court. Concrete pavers lead to the nanny’s house.
