The original design for 11 N Moore in 2009. A new condominium building comprised of small scale, highly functional residences. The target market will be domestic and international professionals, empty nesters, people in transition, and the Pied-à-terre user or investor. The design will be modern, yet timeless, in the attempt to insert the new building within the existing texture of Tribeca. The entry sequence begins on North Moore Street, where residents will retreat into the beautiful serenity of their lushly landscaped courtyard, inclusive of a vertical green wall adjoining the existing buildings.
