VBGCQ has been awarded a Building of Excellence designation from the State of New York, based on its sustainability measures, which include geothermal heating and cooling, well insulated walls, high performance fenestration, high efficiency equipment and building systems. A LEED Platinum or Gold level goal will be achieved. 

The programming will include a collegiate pool, NCAA size gymnasium, dance studio, art studio, performance theater, STEM labs, and working spaces. The estimated construction cost of just the club is $156 million.

UAI has partnered with NK Architects, who they share space with, on the design of this exciting development.
