308 Eckford Street is a 43-unit market-rate rental housing building located in the center of the thriving commercial area of Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Its 6 stories and penthouse reaches more than 100 feet above the neighborhood, providing each duplex apartment with expansive views towards the Manhattan skyline. 308’s image is a multi-textured context of stainless steel, steel grated balconies, glass and a translucent building cladding system which adds a new element of pure technology and aesthetic drama to the area.
Each of the apartments included sleeping lofts, an attractive concept to the younger generation moving into the neighborhood. It was fully rented in three days.
