One Lyon Place consists of the re-purposing of two existing buildings, originally designed as a hotel, into loft style rental apartments including one- and two- bedroom units.

The work will include a complete façade redesign and reconstruction of the interior. Improvements include numerous tenant amenities including an indoor pool, fitness center, and private tenant storage. Ground floor restaurants and retail along South Broadway shall remain. Reconstruction will implement sustainable methods to mechanical systems and exterior envelope and vegetative roofs. 

The project will improve the city skyline as well as extend the longevity of two structurally sound buildings.
