An extensive interior remodel of a 1904, 2 story Federal style residence included attic and basement level improvements, a new kitchen, powder room, and bathrooms. One of the owners is originally from the East Coast and missed the feel of those residential buildings. Exterior shell work included Weathered shingles to recreate the style of the East Coast. New decorative light fixtures and custom furnishings throughout complete this home.
