Perched on a steep hillside overlooking Lake Washington this remodel and new addition revitalized a 1926 Tudor home. The removal of an existing detached garage made way for a new attached garage, separate guest suite and rear stair hall connecting all the spaces to the existing residence. The terraced yards are now directly accessible from inside the home enhancing the connection to multiple outdoor spaces.
The Owner’s affinity for blue is prevalent throughout the home inspiring the vibrant interiors. A mix of old and new art, lighting and furnishings give the home a youthful and eclectic appeal.
