Solutions Architecture was responsible for the design, construction documents, and construction administration for the first renovations to be approved in the Township’s Carnegie Library in over 80 years. The project was completed in phases to take advantage of state-offered Community Development Block Grant Monies. The work included a 4,500 sq. ft. addition including new elevator, public restrooms, meeting rooms and admin spaces. Work also included 11,000 sq. ft. of gut renovations carried out with care to preserve the aesthetics and ideologies of Carnegie Library.
