New condominium and urban redevelopment of several blocks in the City includes rearrangement of transportation route and reorganization of spontaneously developed recreational zones. Newly organized pockets form neighborhood-gathering area surrounded with new condominiums. First floor of each structure will be retail and community service areas. To established prototype, one condominium was developed in new residential complex.  Condominium itself includes underground parking structure, retail space on the first floor and 17 residences. Roof top terrace is an additional open space used by every resident.
