I was job captain for the Wichita Readiness Center projects. I oversaw the production of 2-3 staff members while reporting to the project manager. My duties included REVIT workshare management, quality control, detail development, LEED Coordinator, consultant document coordination, and construction document accuracy.

As LEED coordinator for the office, I was and currently am in charge of the LEED certification process on these projects.  The project was Certified Gold in December of 2015. I worked closely with the design team and engineers on energy, water, and material reduction, as well as daylight modeling via Autodesk Ecotect. I independently reviewed every specification section for LEED constancy. I also led several team meetings involving LEED and the associated requirements. Other LEED duties include working with the contractor on their submittals throughout the construction process.

Other tasks included various presentation documents, including published building renderings, construction administration, and shop drawing review.
