I'm Sarah Kiczek - an artist/ architecture student. Cityscapes and landscapes have been the signature of much of my work; the majority of my work in done with watercolors on cold-pressed paper. Watercolor has been my favorite medium since I started painting; the process is beautiful, fun, and has endless possibilities. It's all about the transparency and glow that you can achieve with this media that is not possible with other forms of art. I'm contently inspired by the process of learning about new places and architecture around the world in the form of art. Some of my pieces have been used in magazines, book jackets, and auctions. I began painting in 9th grade after starting watercolor classes at the Ridgewood Art Institute under Joel Popadics and, I am now studying architecture at the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
