Raingarden represents the first new residential project in Downtown Winter Haven in over twenty-five years. This project includes nine two-bedroom rental apartments. Each unit has a two car garage and a private landscaped courtyard. The north facade of the building is comprised of a series of sixty vertical fins which provide additional privacy and sun control.
