It Is a combination of community, transport and commercial. I used curved shapes to make it more integrated into the urban. It has five part, five complex. Each complex has residential and commercial function, and is centered around some diagonal grid structure. 

Each floor has outdoor corridors that surround the entire floor.And I use bridges, some walkways to connect each complex. Yh, we can see the walkway is floating on the road. In more detail, I use steel tension table to hang rail and column which are used for supporting the bridge.
