Our structure Unique Architectures intends to make a synthesis between culture, tradition and innovation. It is caracterised by a specific approach developped by Séverine Roussel and Philippe Zourgane. This intellectual posture is defining architecture design through intellectual ideas and clear references and not only through posh materials and sophisticated implementations.

Innovation is present through technical aspects as well as through reinterpretation of tradition to make architecture a unique experience. The aim is not to reproduce forms but to capture the energies and the essence of our time to let emerge new ideas that reflect the evolution of our society. Our work is nourrished by social history, political history as well as by myths or contemporary art to invent today architecture.

Marronage or Tropical loft Residence projects are exploring a new vision of ecological architecture and are inducing a different dialogue with the territory. These projects are proposing a new life project and are refusing to be an assemblage of technics and materials linked to sustainable design. The Gaz Station Rue Bordier project is a work on memory , time stratum and childhood
through this trace and ghost house realised for GRT Gaz.

La Semeuse or the becoming indigenous project , juxtaposes the migration of plants and the migration of humanbeings in our post-colonial world. This seeds reproduction field puts in question the visibility of seeds. Human migrations induce a migration of plants and seeds. La Semeuse brings seeds to the same visibility that those migrants have despite themselves.

Sand Fountain project is a ready-made in which architecture is creating a gush with the material of the desert that is sand. It is the image of the gush of the growing city that is Dubai, of the gush of black gold. Who knows if it is a mirage or reality ?
