Yes, it's missing all it's identifiers.  It's a strange new world we live in and the client was really uncomfortable about publicizing it's facilities, and I have to admit, I agree.  Is it likely to really cause a security breach, no, is it worth the chance, no.  Call it 21st Century Due Diligence.
